Tall Tail Communications was built on a simple belief: every business, nonprofit, campaign, and community leader has a story worth telling — and deserves the right strategy to make it matter. For Lindsay Tozer, storytelling has always been more than a profession; it is a lifelong calling.

Communications runs deep in her roots, with family ties to public relations, marketing, and journalism. Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix. She launched Tall Tail Communications in 2012 and has spent more than two decades helping individuals and organizations grow through strategic messaging, branding, media relations, crisis communications, digital engagement, and public-sector communications.

Her experience spans local and federal governments, nonprofit advocacy, political campaigns, small business growth, statewide organizations, and national emergency communications. She has led public awareness campaigns, managed high-profile communications initiatives, strengthened community trust, and helped organizations navigate both everyday messaging and high-pressure moments.

Lindsay is also recognized for her leadership and service. She is the recipient of the 2026 Heroes Among Us Congressional Award, a two-time Florida Public Relations Association State President's Award honoree, and serves in statewide leadership with Florida Public Relations Association. She continues to volunteer her communications expertise with the Service Dog Alliance of Florida, Jessie's Place, YAYAS of Citrus, Phil Royal Legacy, and the Florida ADA Network.
